Donna was born in Port Lavaca, Texas and has lived in Victoria since 1994. She is married to Dean Rayburn Sahualla and has two grown children, Derek and Danae. In 2002, after a 22-year career in banking, she decided to utilize her banking and sales experiences and became a real estate professional. 

Donna is an Ambassador with the Victoria Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Victoria Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
